1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Striiva ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

2. Services

Striiva provides a platform for booking sports venues, managing teams, and organizing tournaments. We act as an intermediary between venue owners, organizers, and players.

3. User Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Platform.

4. Bookings and Payments

All payments are processed through Razorpay. Booking confirmations are subject to slot availability. Cancellation and refund policies are displayed at the time of booking. A platform fee may apply to each transaction.

5. Venue Owners and Organizers

Venue owners and tournament organizers are responsible for the accuracy of their listings. Striiva does not guarantee the quality, safety, or availability of any venue or tournament.

6. Prohibited Conduct

Users may not: misuse the Platform, submit false information, engage in fraudulent activity, harass other users, or attempt to bypass security measures.

7. Limitation of Liability

Striiva is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to injuries at venues or disputes between users.
